Delivery

Delivery methods

Deliveries are made via DHL courier within 48 hours (2 business days) from the moment the payment is received (for orders paid via TPay) or from the moment the order is placed (for cash on delivery or deferred payment).

Delivery costs

a) free delivery for orders over 250 PLN gross (for cash on delivery, the shipping cost is 8.90 PLN)
b) 55 PLN for orders paid in advance
c) 55 PLN for cash on delivery shipments (payment to the courier upon receipt)

Payment methods

The buyer can choose from one of the following payment methods:
a) TPay online electronic payment system
b) credit cards: Visa, Visa Elektron, Master Card, Master Card Electronic, Maestro via TPay
c) payment to the courier upon receipt The maximum order amount for cash on delivery is 15,000 PLN gross.
d) deferred payment (payment method available only to customers meeting specific commercial conditions outlined in a separate agreement)
