Delivery and Payments

Delivery methods

Deliveries are made via the DHL courier company within 48 hours (2 business days) from the moment the payment is posted (in the case of orders paid via TPay) or from the moment the order is placed (in the case of cash on delivery or deferred payment).

Shipping costs

a) free delivery for orders over PLN 250 gross (in the case of cash on delivery, the shipping cost is PLN 8.90)
b) PLN 55 for prepaid orders
c) PLN 55 for cash on delivery shipments (payment to the courier upon delivery)

Payment methods

The buyer can use one of the following payment methods:
a) TPay online electronic payment system
b) payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Master Card Electronic, Maestro via the TPay system
c) payment to the courier upon receipt. The maximum order amount for cash on delivery is PLN 15,000 gross
d) deferred payment (a payment method available only to customers who meet certain commercial conditions resulting from a separate agreement)
