Complaints and returns

Products purchased in our store are covered by a two-year warranty.
If you want to make a complaint about the product, download and print the complaint form
If you are unable to print the form, you can write a request for consideration of the complaint by hand. Pack the product in question and the completed and signed form and send it to the following address:

We suggest choosing the cheapest form of registered shipping. Shipping costs will be refunded if the complaint is accepted.
Complaints are processed within 14 days of receiving the full notification.

Return of purchased products
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract.
How to return goods?
Fill out and print the withdrawal form. If you are unable to print the form, you can write a declaration of withdrawal from the contract by hand.

Pack the product and the completed and signed form and send it by registered mail to the following address:

(note: Withdrawal from the contract / Return)

Note: The return should be appropriately packed so that the goods are not damaged during transport. The costs of returning the goods (shipping costs) are borne by the Buyer (Customer).
When will the refund be made?
Within 14 days (maximum) from the date on which we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.

Exchange of goods
We do not have a product exchange procedure. Products that you wish to exchange can be returned in accordance with the returns procedure and then a new order can be placed.
The money for the returned goods will be transferred to the account you indicated. It is not possible to transfer the payment to another order.
